Customer is required to contact us via email (with photo evidence if have) before returning a product.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, product must be returned in its original packaging.
Product is not used or damaged.
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
If payment is made by credit card, customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
We reserved the right to refund if product received does not met with the conditions stated in the return policy.
Product on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Customers can exchange the product with a new one or just ask for a refund.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning a product.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If customer received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
